Professionalism

• Certified Residential Specialist. (CRS). This designation of the National Association of Realtors® is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. I am proud to have earned this designation.

• Graduate Realtor’s Institute. (GRI). As a GRI, I have dedicated time and money on additional education so that I will bring you quality service. Not only is a GRI more educated than other Realtors® but has subscribed to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and is up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues.

• Accredited Buyer’s Representative. (ABR) The ABR designation is considered the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Because of the course work I completed and the number of buyers that I represented, I was one of the first Realtors® in the area to earn this designation.

• e-PRO. Because you are viewing my web site, you know that I recognize the importance of being savvy in the use of technology. The e-PRO certification is NAR’s online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. e-PRO is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR). It is recognized nationwide as an online standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.
